Show 8, 9 & 10: Paul Irish and his band of merry nerds put on a first-rate podcast (maybe I'm wrong, but Paul seems like the Bono of the group). They're goofy and sometimes profane, but through the silliness always keep well-focused on their great content. This podcast has quickly become one of my favorites. Their advice always has an earned-in-the-field quality to it.
In this catch-up show (to make up for a lull in programming over the holidays), they cover (among other things) some new jQuery 1.4 goodies, the jQuery 1.5 roadmap, and CSS resets.
If you're into jQuery-centric client-side development, this is really a great podcast. Very highly recommended.
I flipped through this book at Borders the other day and quickly realized that it had the answers to several of the jQuery questions I've had lately. With easy-to-digest and well-focused snippets, jQuery coders of virtually any level will find this book is quite handy to have close by.
On a related note, the ringleader of the jQuery Cookbook, Cody Lindley, also wrote jQuery Enlightment. It is also quite helpful.
